Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy

Christcity Church is immensely grateful for every donation we receive to support our social, spiritual, and community-building work in Mandapeta. We are committed to financial transparency and using your generous contributions in the most effective way possible. When a donation is made, we work to put it to use immediately to fund our projects.

General Policy

As a registered non-profit organization, we consider all donations to be final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or cancellations on donations once they have been successfully processed. This policy is in place because resources are promptly allocated to our various charitable initiatives, including child education, women’s empowerment, and community outreach.

Errors in Donation Amount

We understand that genuine errors can sometimes occur during the donation process. For example, a donor may accidentally enter an incorrect amount or make a duplicate transaction.

If you believe an error has been made in your donation, please contact us within seven (7) working days of the transaction. You can notify us by emailing christcitychurchindia@gmail.com with “Donation Error” in the subject line.

To help us investigate, please provide the following information in your email:

• Your full name and contact number.
• The email address used for the donation.
• The date of the donation.
• The transaction ID number.
• A clear description of the error.

We will review all such requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 15-20 working days. Please note that any processing fees charged by the payment gateway during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation of Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring (e.g., monthly) donation, you have the flexibility to cancel future payments at any time. To cancel your recurring donation, please send a request to our email address christcitychurchindia@gmail.com at least ten (10) working days before your next scheduled payment date. Please include your name and the email address associated with the recurring donation to help us identify it.

This will cancel all future scheduled donations but will not refund any payments already processed.
